Deadline
Advertisements must be received by the deadline or they will not be included.
- PDF, TIFF and EPS.
- Files must be CMYK and 300 dpi.
- Photoshop files must be 360 dpi.
- Files must meet required dimensions.
- Advertisements must meet our exact specifications.
Full Page Bleeds
- PDF or TIFF.
- Trim size 8.5 x 11.
- Set bleeds and crop marks.
- Graphic elements (color areas, copy, art) that bleed off of the page should extend 0.125 inches beyond the trim size.
- Live matter (copy, art) that does not bleed off of the page should reside 0.5 inches from the trim size.
Online
- JPG, GIF or PNG.
- 150 x 450px
- Files must be RGB and 72 dpi.
- File size under 50kb.
Corrections
Advertisers who submit ads that do not adhere to our requirements will be notified and will have 24 hours to resubmit corrected advertisement.
